The Associate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to execution and portfolio value creation, gaining significant exposure to senior leadership and decision-making early on.ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of deal execution, including detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials.Conduct thematic and company-level research across enterprise software verticals such as SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure software, and workflow automation.Assist in identifying new investment opportunities through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and relationship building with founders and advisers.Contribute to portfolio management through strategic analysis, operational performance tracking, and value creation initiatives.Collaborate closely with the broader team to refine investment theses and drive internal discussions.Candidate Profile1.5–3.5 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A technology/TMT coverage) or within a leading private equity or growth equity platform with exposure to enterprise software.Strong technical skills, with proven ability in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.Demonstrated interest in enterprise software and B2B technology, with an understanding of recurring revenue models and the dynamics of scaling SaaS businesses.Highly analytical with sound commercial judgement and attention to detail.Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.Excellent academic credentials from a leading university.
