Investment Associate - Real Asset Financing

This means we only finance the transformation and growth capex of companies that need to acquire tangible assets to operate in the fields of supply chain sustainability, regional development, and mission-critical services.With €500 million in assets under management, FLEXAM now brings together a team of professionals on a human scale, mainly in Paris, with offices in London and Luxembourg.As a recognised specialist in transformation and capex financing, FLEXAM is now fully integrated to KARTESIA, providing a diversifying and complementary strategy to the debt platform, which has deployed €7bn across 9 local offices in Europe.Main responsibilitiesAs a senior member of the investment team, the role requires to to actively contribute to all stages of the origination and closing of operations, from sourcing to structuring.You will be expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, leadership and analytical aptitude.InvestmentSourcing of investment opportunities: maintain and develop customer and industry-wide relationships at senior levelFinancial and strategic analysis of investment projects: conduct of due diligence - sectorial and company specific, corporate analysis, ESG assessmentFinancial structuring and modellingElaboration of investment memorandums, term-sheets and structuring of transactionsExecution of transactions as deal leaderPortfolio follow-up and managementMaintaining strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders (brokers, experts, banks, lawyers, etc.)Cross-functional missionsTake part to fundraising meetings and Q&AsLead bespoke projects related to the investments (portfolio monitoring, performance assessment, etc.)Requirements:Team player mentality and willingness to support junior team membersStrong multitasking abilityExcellent writing and presentation skills and fluent in English and FrenchSimilar experience of 3 to5 years in structured finance or private debt funds (asset finance, private debt, infrastructure debt, project finance)Strong end to end transaction experience within structured financeStrong modelling and financial analysis skillsImpeccable integrity and trustworthinessDo you feel you can find yourself in this job posting?
