Investment Associate

REQUIREMENTS:Proficient in financial modeling tools and techniqueKnowledgeable with Merger & Acquisition, EPC and PPA, Taxation, Project Finance, Shareholder Loans, Capital structurePreferably with work experience in energy or holding industry.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees the project management of existing and new businesses in the international marketHandles internal financial models and versions shared with external parties, conducts scenario analyses, and ensures compliance with partner agreementsTakes part in partner management throughout the project life cycle, including negotiations, preparation of term sheets and commercial oversight on existing projects and ongoing transactionsOversees due diligence of projects and new opportunities and collaborates with other departments and external advisors in considering legal, commercial, and financial issues surrounding the project or transaction.
