The business has excellent retention of staff, with personal and professional development highly encouraged and supported!About the Role:This is an Associate position, which will involve working as part of a close-knit investment team to provide investment support to Investment Directors and their clients. Responsibilities will include (but are limited to):Handling investment-specific enquiries from clients and discussing performance of portfoliosResearch on and on behalf of clientsPreparation of materials and documents for client meetingsDue diligence and requests on clientsAssistance with quarterly client reportingSupporting with investments – research, monitoring Bloomberg and undertaking data analysisAd-hoc support to Investment Directors as requested.This role may lead to a Senior Associate position and completion of the CFA / CISI Masters in 1-3 years, with a view to taking on your own clients in future.Candidate Specification:Completion of the IMC or CISI Level 4Highly service-oriented approach, including clear and concise communication with clientsSome previous experience within the finance, investment or banking sectors (administrative, back or middle office)Team-playing and collaborative nature.Additional Information:Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and the business offer excellent additional benefits, including a discretionary bonusFuture study of the CFA / CISI Masters will be supportedHours are 9am – 5:30pm, with flexibility required for out-of-hours work where necessaryThe business offer a hybrid working model of 1-2 days from home.If you are a budding finance professional looking for the next step in their career, please apply today!
