We are seeking a highly motivated Associate with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join their investment team and play a key role across the full investment lifecycle. In this role, you will support the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of private equity investments. You’ll conduct financial modelling, market and company analysis, and due diligence, as well as assist in preparing investment committee materials.
You’ll work closely with senior team members and portfolio companies to help drive strategic initiatives and value creation across the portfolio. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity, with strong financial and commercial acumen. You will bring a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for growth investing.
