The opportunityOur client wishes to appoint an Investment Banking Analyst / Associate I to their high-performing team. You will play an integral role supporting the execution on a wide range of strategic M&A mandates. The team have a strong track record of executing on complex cross-border and domestic transactions for top tier clients. Key responsibilities:
Build and run comprehensive financial models and conduct extensive financial analysisEffectively analyse, evaluate, and synthesise informationPerforming company and industry researchAssisting in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materialsIn this role you will refine core investment banking skills, laying a strong foundation for long-term success and positioning you to originate and lead your own transactions in the future. About youThe ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 1 year investment banking experienceBachelor’s degree with proven academic excellenceAdvanced financial modelling skillsStrong knowledge of M&A products and deal structuringKeen eye for attention to detail and producing high quality presentationsA team player mindset with an ability to work seamlessly as part of a close-knit teamFirst class interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior executivesStrong ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects and deliverablesEligibilityYou must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia to be considered.
