This role offers hands-on experience across the entire deal lifecycle, from initial client engagement through successful transaction close. You'll work directly with business owners, conduct comprehensive financial analyses, and play a critical role in executing middle-market M&A transactions.Compensation: $1,000 per month Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Central TimeKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare confidential information memorandums (CIMs), teasers, and marketing materials for client engagementsConduct financial analysis including quality of earnings assessments, historical performance analysis, and valuation modelingBuild and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)Research and identify potential strategic and financial buyers for client companiesCoordinate due diligence processes and manage data room organizationSupport senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and transaction negotiationsPrepare pitch materials and proposals for new business developmentMonitor industry trends and maintain market intelligence on middle-market M&A activityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field0-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory (entry-level candidates welcome)Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivitySelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learnPowerPoint and financial database experience (CapIQ, PitchBook, etc.) a plusWhat You'll GainComprehensive exposure to sell-side M&A from origination through closeDirect mentorship from experienced investment bankersExperience across diverse industries and transaction structuresOpportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in middle-market M&ARemote flexibility while working with a collaborative teamTo ApplyPlease click the link to apply.
