Join us!ResponsibilitiesBank of America's Benelux team (within the Investment Banking Division) is looking for an experienced junior banker to join the team (2 to 5 years of experience).Key competencies in the candidate would include great attitude / work ethic, strong technical and financial modelling capabilities, ability to work independently/limited guidance, leadership and teamwork, strong communication skills, etc.More Specifically, The Day To Day Role Will IncludeAssist teams of professionals across the bank, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm, and colleagues around the globeWork closely with clients, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks to execute transactions and build relationshipsActively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying valuation, financial and deal structuring analysesResearch on companies and industries and support on client initiatives including generating and developing new ideas to presentProvide support in maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence and diligently managing other related processesThe TeamBank of America is one of the leading Investment Banks in the Benelux and is consistently ranked in the top 3 for all Investment Banking products in the region.The Benelux team consists of approximately 15 professionals from analysts to managing director covering all sectors and all investment banking products (mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and leveraged finance). The team collaborates with sector and product teams across the globe, creating a dynamic and international work environment.The team has a very strong culture and is looking for a candidate with a general corporate finance orientation and fluency in Dutch.What We Are Looking ForStrong mathematical and analytical skills as well as proficient level of MS Excel and PowerPointMeticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousnessExcellent interpersonal communication skillsCapable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individualsFluency in English and Dutch is essentialEducated to degree level (preferably in a numerical discipline such as economics or finance)Bank of AmericaGood conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
