Location: Frankfurt, GermanyJob Type: Full-timeJob Description:Our clients are looking for a talented and driven Investment Banking Associate to join their team in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing financial transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior bankers in client engagements.Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial restructuring transactionsConduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry researchPrepare presentation materials for client meetings, including pitch books, information memorandums, and financial analysisSupport senior bankers in client interactions, including due diligence processes, negotiation of deal terms, and communication with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and other advisors, to ensure successful transaction executionContribute to business development efforts, including market research, client prospecting, and pitch preparationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus2-4 years of investment banking experience, preferably in an Investment Bank or M&A Boutique.Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesFluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plusIf this sounds interesting for you, please feel free to apply here or with CV to my email - reinis.nelke@moonwalkrec.com
