Job Title: Junior Operations SpecialistLocation – Onsite in Raffles Singapore Job Description:Coforge resources will support back-office functions related to Global Banking & Markets and Asset & Wealth Management. This includes activities such as reference data management, reconciliation, trade processing, and settlement, among others. Key Responsibilities:Understand Standard Operating Processes as defined by the client Able to execute day-to-day activities to a high standard as per the standard operating processes, with analytical ability and attention to detailRespond to queries as required and within timelines stipulatedCommunicate with various stakeholders as per the role requirement. Ability to document processesParticipate in improvement activitiesStandard workday is 9 hoursRole will be execution‑focused, process-driven, and control-oriented.Qualifications:0 - 2 years’ experience.Basic understanding of financial markets, trading lifecycle, settlement process. Demonstrates basic working or strong foundation knowledge of Capital Markets, covering Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Corporate Actions, and Money Market Funds.Introductory exposure to operational tools such as TLM, Bloomberg, External Pricing Vendor platforms.Ability to learn things quicklyGood communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to DetailHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasksAbility to work under stringent timelines in a fast-paced environment
