With a distribution network spanning 24 provinces and a team of over 1,000 employees, MESA Group continues to create strong synergy across its businesses and reinforces its position as a leading multi-sector corporation in Vietnam.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Collect and consolidate information to support the Company’s financial and cash flow forecasting.Perform calculations and prepare reports on the Company’s key financial indicators (FS).Develop financial and cash flow models for investment projects.Consolidate and analyze the financial performance of investment projects (including NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period, etc.).Monitor and prepare reports on the implementation progress and investment efficiency of projects.Prepare financial documentation and coordinate with financial institutions and banks in the appraisal, financing, or fundraising processes for investment projects.Support the overall financial management of the Company, including budgeting, financial transfers, and other related financial activities.Possess knowledge and ability to apply relevant legal documents and regulations related to financial operations.Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking, Investment, or related fields.Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position; experience in Real Estate or Construction is a plus.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, including NPV, IRR, Payback Period, ROI.Practical experience in preparing loan application documents and related procedures.Excellent communication, planning, reporting, and presentation skills (PowerPoint).Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in teams with integrity, accuracy, and enthusiasm.Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.Good command of English.BENEFITS:Salary: Negotiable based on candidate’s competency.Full social, health, and unemployment insurance after 2 months of probation.Annual leave: 12 days/year + 2 additional leave days during probation.13th-month salary bonus.Provision of a company laptop for work.Holiday and festive gifts; special discounts on Mesa Group’s products/services (Texas Chicken, Hachiban Ramen, Yu Pin Xuan, Blackmores, etc.).Annual company trip and Year-End Party.Professional working environment with ample career advancement opportunities.
