We are seeking a high-performing Investment Professional (2-6 years of experience) with a consulting or transaction background and a strong focus on value creation to join our Munich office.Your ResponsibilitiesTake an active role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and assessing new opportunities to executing deals and driving value creation in portfolio companies.Analyze markets and business models to identify attractive investment opportunities across diverse sectors.Lead analytical workstreams in commercial and financial due diligence, valuation, and business plan assessment.Partner with portfolio management teams to implement operational and strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.Contribute to value creation plans, performance tracking, and execution of add-on acquisitions.Prepare clear and insightful materials for internal decision-making and investment committees.Your Profile2-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or private equity, ideally with exposure to value creation or performance improvement topics.Proven ability to link strategic insight with tangible business results.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, paired with solid commercial judgment.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a lean and fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Ambitious, pragmatic, and curious, with the drive to develop into a future leadership role.
