Description of RolesNew investment transactions Analyze and quantify investment merits through financial modeling and analysisConduct and manage financial, accounting, tax and legal due diligenceConduct and manage investment-related legal documentation Company’s existing investmentsMonitor, plan and report on existing investment’s performanceParticipate in existing investment’s analysis and report for quarterly meetings and annual strategy session QualificationsMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate or Economics with strong academic track record4-6 years of related/adjacent work experience from large growth-oriented companies or financial service sector (banks, Big 4, corporate finance, M&A advisory, credit)Professional maturity with strong English communication skills Strong financial modeling, Excel and accounting skillsNatural analytical thinker and problem solver
