Ready to join the ride?WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an Investment Manager, you play a key role in the performance of our Funds. You are responsible for managing the entire acquisition process and deploying the LP’s equity through business plans.Actively source new project opportunities through networking, brokers, architects, online research, and direct outreach.Analyse leads, assess the feasibility of the transaction (legal, financial, commercial), and underwrite preliminary business plans with risk assessments.Lead the investment documentation on the Investment Committee for approval.Lead due diligence processes, including legal, tax, and environmental risk assessments together with internal Revive experts to evaluate project risks and ensure smooth acquisitions.Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure deals.Manage the project pipeline, from due diligence to investment proposals, and oversee communication with external advisors.More information? https://www.revive.be/jobs/ TRIGGERED?Lisa Verstraete - Chief People Officerlisa.verstraete@revive.be - 0473 79 31 22
