Investment Risk Manager (Associate Director)Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Luxembourg-based investment risk team. This role offers the opportunity to influence risk strategies across diverse fund types and markets, working within a globally integrated risk framework. You'll collaborate with international teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of risk governance in a dynamic regulatory landscape. Your ResponsibilitiesOversee investment and non-financial risk across regional fund ranges. Support and improve local risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulations. Work closely with first-line teams on risk assessments, controls, and incident management.

Provide insightful risk reporting to senior stakeholders and boards. Contribute to risk forums and help optimise risk processes across the business. Build strong relationships with internal teams and stay connected with industry developments. Your Profile10+ years' experience in risk management, ideally within asset management or financial services. Strong knowledge of fund structures, investment risk, and ESG principles. Confident working with data and delivering clear risk insights. Skilled communicator with experience engaging senior leaders and regulators. Collaborative, pragmatic, and adaptable to change. Fluent in English.
