You dive into new domains, learn quickly, and ship useful outcomesYou value clarity and reliability in code, documentation, and communicationYou enjoy working directly with teammates across disciplinesYou live in Singapore (or are returning home) and expect to stay for the foreseeable futureWhat will I be doing?You might:Build and maintain automations for trading, reconciliation, or reportingImprove observability, monitoring, and reliability across existing systemsStreamline data ingestion and risk management pipelinesSystematise investment processes like due diligence, ETF or fund selection, and portfolio monitoringContribute to open-source projectsTackle projects that improve daily efficiency from accounting integrations to CRM workflowsParticipate in vendor evaluationsYour role will evolve. As you deliver, you'll take ownership of increasingly critical systems or take entirely new ones that create leverage for the team.
