Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Contract Administrator (Legal & Compliance) role located in Jakarta Indonesia. The Contract Administrator (Legal & Compliance) is responsible for maintaining and updating all contractual records and documentation across GND’s business operations, including principal vendors, customers, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards, managing procurement-related documentation, and maintaining an organized repository of contracts. The role ensures that all agreements are current, compliant with company policies and applicable laws, and properly stored and tracked for renewals, amendments, and reporting. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law 5–7 years of experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract ManagementStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholdersComfortable working with both Singapore and Indonesian legal/commercial frameworks.Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks is a plusAbility to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid environment
