As a leading independent distributor of medical technology, we bring innovative medical solutions to healthcare professionals by partnering with world leading companies who share our vision for innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide overall support and assistance to the Sales teamPerform sales/purchase order creation and execution for trade transactionAct as a liaison between Sales, Principals and Customers in sales/purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlementArrange import/export shipments via logistics providerReceive and prepare inventories for pre-dispatch check and dispatchLiaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangementCoordinate and perform monthly cycle-count / annual stock countIdentify potential issues and/or queries raised by Sales / Hospitals for effective dispute resolutionsInvestigate and escalate erroneous trade transactions for management resolutionsAny other duties as assigned by the Reporting ManagerPre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)Ensure accuracy of documents generated for distributionEnsure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced based on IMS to prevent discrepancy in the inventory systemAttend to enquiries promptly and provide good services to the stakeholdersEnsure proper correspondence between suppliers and forwarder to ensure goods are received as requestedRecommend corrective and preventive measures for non-conforming productsSafekeep confidential recordsImplement Good Distribution Practice at all timesAdhere to company policies and regulationsMore about TransmedicTransmedic - Where the world's leading healthcare solutions meet the needs of our people.We open the door to a world of healthcare solutions, connecting professionals and organisations in Asia with leading medical speciality products, local knowledge and personalised service to advance the quality of care for patients who need it most.We take pride in being different.
