Investor Relations Analyst (DACH) Salary | Competitive Location | London Permanent RP14682 Finatal are partnered with a global Private Equity firm (large-cap) looking for an Analyst to join their Investor Relations team for the DACH region. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who's fluent in German and English and eager to develop their career in private markets. Responsibilities: Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships while supporting prospective investor activities in the DACH region. Coordinate and produce presentation materials, cash flow forecasts, fee/performance data, due diligence materials, and other key documents for client meetings and prospecting activities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and prospecting activities using a CRM system. Manage investor onboarding and transfer processes, including KYC/AML documentation and supporting investors through their due diligence processes. Support the RFP process by gathering and preparing required data for investor inquiries. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, investment, and legal) and external service providers to ensure compliance and accurate data management. Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing investor experiences. Requirements:Understanding of the Asset Management and Private Markets industry. At least 1 years' experience in Financial Services (ideally in IB, PE or asset management).Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with a client-centric mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to drive results. Precision and accuracy in handling investor data and documentation. Fluent in English and German (essential).Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
