Investor Relations Associate

Our client, a leading real estate and investment group in Kuwait with a diversified portfolio across development, hospitality, and asset management, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join their growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, communications, and capital markets, contributing directly to how the company engages with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings call decks, fact sheets, and disclosure documents.Participate in investor meetings, analyst sessions, and capital markets conferences.Support the drafting of press releases, financial commentary, and investor Q&A materials.Design clear, professional PowerPoint presentations in line with brand standards.Coordinate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely market disclosures.Manage investor databases and assist in scheduling roadshows and meetings.Monitor market trends, analyst coverage, and shareholder activity.Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.Ability to translate complex financial information into investor-friendly content.Professional presence and confidence when engaging with institutional investors.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
