You’ll gain exposure to the capital raising process from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Interns will interact with industry-standard and cutting-edge tools and learn the mindset and mechanics behind how allocators think, assess, and deploy capital.Responsibilities:Research, call and map capital allocators: family offices, institutional investors, pension funds, and moreReach out to HNW, FO, I.I. allocators to qualify, exchange documents, set meetingsAssist in developing outreach strategies, investor communications, and presentation materialsPotential to conduct direct outreach (email/phone) and build rapport with allocators on behalf of the fundAnalyze investor profiles using professional databasesSupport meetings and participate in follow-up workflowsConduct ongoing research and reporting on investor trends and capital flowsLead generation strategiesWe Are Looking for Candidates Who:Are extremely articulate with great verbal communication skills.Have a deep interest in asset management, hedge funds, and macroeconomic dynamicsAre self-driven, structured, and detail-orientedAre comfortable in English (French and German are a plus, not a requirement)Are based in Switzerland and available on-site, full-time or part-timeThrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentAre proactive, persistent, and elegant in following up with prospects across channels (email, phone, social media)What You Will Gain:Practical understanding of capital raising and allocator psychology within the hedge fund spaceInsight into investor pitches, due diligence processes, and fund communicationsHands-on experience with CRM systems, outreach workflows, and AI-based research toolsResume-building credentials for future roles in investment banking, private equity, or asset managementInternship Details:On-site based in ZurichThis is a highly selective, based in Zurich—tailored for those ready to step beyond the academic and into the world of real capital allocation.Our company's or affiliates locations include New York, Connecticut, London, Zurich and Stockholm.The internship has a significant training and professional development component, therefore it is unpaid.
