Investor Relations Manager Location: Istanbul (Remote) Full-timeOur client is a fast-growing and impact-oriented organization looking to strengthen its relationships within the investment ecosystem. We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager who will lead and expand the company’s communication and strategic engagement with VCs, PEs, Family Offices, Startups, and Strategic Investors across Türkiye and international markets.What You Will Do:Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with VCs, PE funds, angel networks, and strategic investorsIdentify relevant investment partners and proactively map potential collaboration opportunitiesRepresent the company at key industry events, investor meetings, and ecosystem gatheringsPrepare investment-related documents, pitch materials, updates, and progress briefings for stakeholdersCoordinate and facilitate introductions, meetings, partnership conversations, and follow-up actionsWork closely with the leadership team to shape the investment communication strategy and narrativeAct as the key point of contact between the organization and the investment ecosystemWhat We’re Looking For:Relevant experience in Investor Relations, VC/PE, Corporate Development, Startup Ecosystem, or similar rolesStrong knowledge of the Turkish startup & investment landscape (VCs, PEs, angel networks, accelerators)A proactive networker — able to open doors, connect the right people, and create meaningful conversationsExcellent communication and storytelling skills in both Turkish & EnglishStrategic yet hands-on — someone who can both define the approach and execute with agilityHigh integrity, professionalism, and relationship-building capabilityWhy This Role Matters:This role is central to shaping how the company connects with the market, secures strategic partnerships, and positions itself for future growth.
