Qualgro is a Singapore-based Venture Capital firm investing at Series A & B, in Data/AI & Software, across Southeast Asia. Our multi-cultural team has diverse business, investment, entrepreneur and consulting experience.Qualgro is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to help us build and maintain strong investor relationships. The Investor Relations Manager will report to the leadership team to ensure we provide world-class investment services to our investors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building trusted investor partnerships, delivering high-quality communications and insights, and contributing to our mission.Role and Responsibilities include:Networking & Relationship Development – Proactively identify and build relationships with prospective LPs, including institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners; represent Qualgro at relevant events and forums to expand our investor networkInvestor Engagement – Plan and execute investor meetings, events, and annual general meetings (AGMs); maintain regular touchpoints and lead our process for interacting with LPsFundraising Management – Proactive and dynamic management of activities through the definition and preparation of pitch materials, data room, investor pipeline tracking, and LP due diligence processes, towards closingDigital Communications – Oversee investor-related digital channels, including website content updates, LinkedIn postings, and newsletters; ensure consistent, high-quality messaging aligned with the firm’s values and positioningBrand Building – Source for relevant events for Qualgro to participate in and represent Qualgro in external communications and events that strengthen the firm’s brand in the ecosystem and investor community presenceRole can grow into Partner-level status and responsibilitiesCandidate ProfileIdeally 5+ years of relevant experience in: investor relations, or private equity/venture capital, or financial services such as investment banking or private wealth management, or sales in professional service companiesDemonstrated proactiveness to expand, cultivate and manage high-trust relationships with institutional investors and strategic partnersDynamic networking skills and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—professional, articulate, and able to engage with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and presentation skills, and business senseExperience in managing digital content across web and social platforms, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistencyExcellent project management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelinesHigh ownership mentality and the ability to take responsibility for goals and outcomesAn entrepreneur and leader mindset, able to take initiative and risk. High ambition for high quality achievementsProfessional and personal maturity with unquestionable integrity
