Job Description

Job Role:Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy to attract and retain institutional and individual investorsSource and establish relationships with new potential investors, investment companies, investment banks, joint ventures, and venture capital firms, both domestically and internationally, to support the company’s funding needs and other managed services.Facilitate the communication process between management and investors, including preparation of presentation materials, elaboration of financial reports, serving as the company’s representative to investors or during investment activities, and providing company progress updatesCoordinate roadshows, investor meetings, and funding and investor engagement events in collaboration with the corporate office and other relevant divisionsConduct capital market and investment trend analysis to provide strategic recommendations to management regarding corporate investment opportunitiesPlay an active role in the negotiation and funding closure process with investors or financial institutionsMonitor and routinely report on the progress of investor relations and funding status to the Board of Directors and relevant teamsQualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related fieldExcellent understanding of capital market mechanisms and corporate funding processesStrong network within the investor community, asset management firms, and financial institutions is a plusExperience with publicly listed companies is a plusPossess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProactive, analytical, and able to work effectively both individually and as part of a teamFluent in both spoken and written English
