The fund has been formed through a strategic partnership between a leading regional AI and data analytics group and an established venture capital platform with an international investment track record.The initiative aims to accelerate AI adoption across key industries such as fintech, smart cities, logistics, healthcare, and energy.The platform combines advanced technology infrastructure and access to compute and data resources with deep investment and operational expertise. Its strategy targets early to growth-stage companies developing commercially scalable AI solutions with international expansion potential.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate AI and deep-tech investment opportunities across the U.S.(mainly) , MENA, and other international marketsLead financial and market analysis, valuation, and due diligence processesSupport transaction execution and structuring, collaborating with legal and advisory teamsWork closely with portfolio founders to accelerate scaling, partnerships, and go-to-market strategiesConduct research on AI infrastructure, applied data, and emerging industry trends to shape investment thesesContribute to investment memoranda, reporting, and fundraising materials for internal and external stakeholdersCandidate Requirements3–6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to technology or AI-related investmentsStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilitiesUnderstanding of AI, data infrastructure, or software business modelsEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approachFluency in English (additional languages a plus)Must be based in the United States and eligible to work remotelyOpportunityJoin a newly launched AI-focused global investment platform backed by institutional and strategic partnersContribute to identifying and executing AI investments globally, with particular focus on U.S. market opportunitiesCollaborate directly with senior investors and technology leaders shaping international AI innovation strategyFully remote role, with occasional travel for key meetings and portfolio engagements
