Identifying industry trends and performing research to identify investment opportunities in the targeted regions. Developing new relationships through brokers and a professional network of contacts and business partners. Presenting and defending investing opportunities in front of the shareholdersManage asset acquisitions and disposalsNegotiate terms and conditions with the stakeholdersPerforming the appropriate due diligence and underwriting on funds, co-investments and secondary opportunities. Cooperating along with the Finance team for financing potential investments through debts or private loansPerform financial analysis of investments and optimize portfolio performance through strategic asset managementWhat you need to have for this role:
Advanced University Degree in Finance, Economics or another Degree deemed equivalent, preferably by a UK based UniversityA minimum of five years' work experience either through direct fund investments, private equities, investment banking or real estateProven analytical / logical thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and focus on resultsExcellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present and express your convictions in a clear manner.
