Role OverviewThe All India Football Federation (AIFF) is seeking a dynamic Content Manager to join our expanding media and communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing content strategies, managing social media coverage, and producing engaging stories that showcase AIFF initiatives across the country.This role involves close collaboration with internal communications teams, media coordinators, production units, and external creators to ensure timely, high-quality output across all digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute content plans aligned with AIFF’s brand identity and communication guidelinesCapture on-ground stories from tournaments, festivals, academies, and community initiativesProduce short-form, high-impact content for social media platformsCoordinate with media coordinators to source and amplify regional storiesSupport campaign execution by creating visual assets, captions, and platform-ready materialsEngage with fans, young players, football pages, and creators to encourage participation and amplify local football voicesSkills & Requirements3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital storytellingStrong understanding of major social media platforms and current trendsAbility to shoot and edit basic video contentProficiency in design tools such as Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)Good understanding of Indian football culture and the ability to translate football narratives into compelling content
