With that in mind, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Invited Guest Relations Team Coordinator to lead and manage the invited guest experience for the Salt Lake Temple Celebration. This time-bound role, concluding in December 2027, includes overseeing guest intake, coordinating invitations and RSVPs, managing a team of volunteers and missionaries, organizing host-led tours in collaboration with Church Hosting, and ensuring a smooth transition to Relationship Managers. The coordinator will also handle the RSVP inbox and serve as a key liaison between guest services and other departments to deliver a seamless and meaningful guest journey.ResponsibilitiesGuest Journey Oversight Manage the full lifecycle of invited guests: from referral and invitation to tour attendance andpost-tour follow-up Ensure timely and accurate entry of guest data into Salesforce campaigns Coordinate with the Ticketure/Salesforce Administrators to ensure data flows correctlybetween systemsGuest Relations Team Leadership Supervise and train a team of volunteers, interns, and service missionaries Assign tasks related to inbox management, RSVP entry, assigning guest tiers, and datacleanup Provide ongoing support and quality assurance for guest-facing communicationsInbox & Communication Management Oversee the RSVP inbox and ensure timely responses to guest inquiries Forward questions to Relationship Managers, Church Hosting, or other departments asneeded Maintain and update email templates, FAQs, and communication workflowsCollaboration & Coordination Ensure guest bio briefing documents and photography assets are prepared and delivered Coordinate with and support Church Hosting for tour logistics Ensure Relationship Managers are informed of guest communications and tour schedulesReporting & Quality Control Support daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Jen Allen’s team, security coordination, andreporting to leadership Audit guest records for accuracy and completeness Track campaign member statuses and ensure proper follow-up is completedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations (or related field) Experience in guest services, project coordination, or volunteer management 2 years relevant experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Highly organized with attention to detail Required to maintain the highest standards of professionalism while handling sensitive andconfidential information with discretion and integrity Experience Microsoft Suite, preferredAbout UsChurch employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work.
