This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Process invoices in Smart-GEP in compliance with Chevron policies and proceduresDownloads reports and generates list of invoicesPrioritizes invoices based established guidelines.Performs the required compliance review process based on Standard Chevron Compliance ChecklistReviews invoice accuracy against supporting documents, review service work dates, review bill-to information, review currency, review cost object and cost element, review invoice amount (per line item) check for corresponding supporting documents, checks for Field Representative approval, review Tax ID numberUpdates tracker and other related documents Coordinates resolution of issues with customers and vendors and manage process exceptions Identifies and adopts best practices and ensures that process improvements are consistently applied in all activities.Provides metrics, analysis and other ad-hoc reportsAbout YouWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
