Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Invoicing Manager to join our Shared Services Center Team. The role will report to the Shared Services Center Manager and will be based in Lisbon.This is an exciting new established role that will be working together with senior professionals across our European markets and interact with local operations. This Invoicing Manager will be a key member of the team and play a critical role to achieve this objective.Responsibilities will include, among others:Control of Contract InvoicingMonth-end closing and reporting (calculate month-end quota, report of sales information, credit notes issued, and main KPI’s)Team management responsabilities – ensure proper training of team members and day-to-day operationsDevelop and monitor projects being developed within the departmentReports and organization structureThis position will report directly to the Shared Services Center Manager, based in LisbonCandidate profileExperience and QualificationsWe see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals while the Shared Services Center aims for centralization and automation.
