IP Network Engineer

Manpower Cyprus on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the technology and telecommunications industry, is seeking to recruit an IP Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IP-based networksResponsibilities:Support the design, configuration and maintenance of Datacom/IP networks for carrier and enterprise customersSupport installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of routers, switches and firewalls Monitor network performance and perform basic fault analysis and coordinate with more experience engineers for problem resolutionSupport the development of high-level design, low-level design of new network solutionsPrepare documentation relevant to configuration, processes and troubleshooting stepsLearn and apply networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSFP, MPLS, VLANs etcProvide support to customers, perform regular maintenance tasks in network, network element upgrades/updates etcRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, IT, MIS or a related fieldPrevious technical experience in similar roles will be considered an advantageExcellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken
