Since 2018, Tiryaki Agro has strengthened its global leadership by acquiring majority shares in Sunrise Foods International, one of the world's largest supply chain management company for organic feed and oilseeds.Position ObjectiveWe are looking for a Legal Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal processes of our entire Sama Al Manar organization and will be based in our Baghdad, Iraq office location.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.Strong knowledge of local and international regulations relevant to the business.Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal risk management.Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Professional fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).ResponsibilitiesOversee all legal matters and provide strategic legal advice to senior management.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Manage litigation cases and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices.Support internal teams on legal inquiries and provide training when required.
