Route to Market Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Route to Market (RTM) Specialist to join our team in Baghdad and support the commercial and field execution activities across our distribution network. If you are passionate about market analysis, field operations, and ensuring products reach customers efficiently and competitively — we’d love to meet you!In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating competitor strategies, improving distribution routes, coordinating field campaigns, and ensuring strong product visibility in the market. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, dealers, and regional offices to drive effective market execution and support our product positioning efforts.Job Description:Analyze competitor products, pricing, and channel strategies for new product launches.Support product positioning by gathering customer and dealer feedback from the field.Monitor product distribution performance and offer improvement suggestions.Regularly report on competitor activities and price changes.Ensure promotional materials and field campaigns reach the correct destinations.Coordinate operational field operations such as shelf organization and stand setup.Ensure field photos and reports are collected regarding campaign implementations.Prepare daily and weekly sales, distribution, and product availability reports.Monitor current distribution routes and identify improvement opportunities.Conduct product availability, price, and shelf visibility checks at retail locations.Improve field operations by analyzing route efficiency.Provide translation support when communicating with other country offices.Qualifications:Bachelor's or MBA degree required,Have more than two letters of RTM experience in the Consumer Durables and Housewares industry at the same standard,Be well-structured with strong problem-solving, analytics, project management, and planning skills,Proven ability to make decisions based on analytical and data-driven applications,Be highly organized, multitask, be effective in a multitude of situations, and have the informed ability to meet critical deadlines,Strong communication and analytical thinking skills; team player,Proficient in MS Office programs,Proficiency in Arabic and English - Preferably Turkish
