Job Title: Sales Supervisor - MosulReports to: Sales ManagerOpen to: Locals onlyLocation: MosulJob Purpose:The Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales volume, distribution, and visibility objectives within the assigned area. This role involves coaching and motivating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop strategies that drive growth and market share.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily performance of the sales team and take proactive corrective actions.Conduct monthly business evaluations and adjust forecasts to meet targets.Ensure timely booking of promotional spaces and product visibility at points of sale.Achieve distribution targets and open new points of sale in the assigned area.Implement company policies and procedures to minimize risks.Set and monitor collection plans based on aging reports.Maintain accurate reporting on competition, achievements, and challenges.Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for timely and accurate deliveries.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.Set performance goals, conduct regular feedback sessions, and manage underperformance.Required Competencies:Leadership & Team ManagementPlanning & OrganizingCustomer FocusAnalytical ThinkingCompliance & Attention to DetailDrive for ResultsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision or similar role.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
