Role Description The Iraqi Arabic Role Player will support immersive training exercises for U.S. military personnel by portraying culturally appropriate scenarios in the Arabic language. The role requires active participation in scripted and unscripted role-playing to enhance the cultural awareness and situational readiness of trainees. This is a temporary, on-site position located in Bydgoszcz, and demands flexibility and commitment to scheduled training requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Iraqi Arabic and fluent communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishFamiliarity with Iraqi culture, customs, and traditions, particularly those relevant for immersive role-playing scenariosStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with trainees and training personnelPrevious experience in role-playing and/or working with diverse teams in cross-cultural or training environments is a plusAbility to follow assigned roles, scripts, and training objectives accurately and adapt to dynamic scenariosFlexibility to work on a temporary basis and on-site at the designated locationPrevious military experience or familiarity with military operations is preferred but not required
