Job Description

Noteris services Limited is looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and company values. You will lead the talent acquisition team , build innovative sourcing strategies, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive hiring across all levels. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the company’s overarching business goals. Lead, mentor, and empower the Talent Acquisition team while cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment across all levels and functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. Drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Strengthen employer branding through targeted campaigns, social media, events, and strategic partnerships to attract top talent. Champion an exceptional candidate experience by refining touchpoints throughout the recruitment journey and ensuring consistency, transparency, and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms, to expand and diversify the talent pipeline.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and promoting transparency and communication throughout the process. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years in a senior talent acquisition leadership role, preferably within the fintech or high-growth tech sector. Proven track record in designing and executing scalable, global hiring strategies. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and international environments. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse, high-performing recruitment teams. Strong executive presence with the ability to represent talent acquisition at the leadership and board level.
