Onboarding PSP Officer

IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. On behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire an experienced PSP Officer to join the growing Legal & Compliance department!Job Location: Limassol / NicosiaJob Description: Assist with evaluating and onboarding new payment providers and banks/EMIs, including completing forms and responding to inquiriesAssist with the annual reviews conducted from PSPs and banksSupport team members in managing relationships with new and existing payment providers and banks/EMIsLiaise with corporate, finance and compliance teams for the necessary information and documentation required for the onboarding.

Work with PMO, IT & QA teams to ensure smooth integration and functionalityCoordinate and implement new payment methods in internal systems, such as CRM. Review and evaluate current payment solutions for accuracy through quality control processesIdentify, investigate, and report issues/errors from PSPs. Job Requirements: University Degree in Business Management, Banking, Accounting and Finance or any other related fieldAt least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar payments solutions role is a mustBusiness fluency in the English languageExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentRemuneration & Benefits:
