Research and identify solutions to software issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot different bugs raised by the internal company’s staffTalk with personnel through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until the issue has been solvedProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teamsProvide prompt and accurate feedback to our internal customersRefer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutionsPrioritize and manage several open issues at one timeFollow up with internal clients to ensure on going tickets are up to dateDocument technical knowledge in the form of notes and manualsProactively identify and address potential production issues.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure readiness for upcoming releases. Administer the company’s ticketing system and respond to staff requests in the agreed SLA, and log all IT support helpdesk calls in the ticket systemMonitor our systems by using monitoring toolsRequirements: University Degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience with MS SQL for data querying and troubleshootingExperience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of APIs, web services, and microservices architectureExperience using Postman for API testingExperience supporting enterprise or web-based applicationsFamiliarity with ITSM/Ticketing Systems (e. g. , JIRA)Experience using and reading logs (e. g.
