Through the outstanding knowledge and commitment of our 1850 employees and with a network of 6 production sites, we supply a wide range of 1800 products in 125 international markets.We are currently looking to recruit a professional to fill the position of IS Networking Engineer, based in Greece.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Designing Network Infrastructure: Planning the layout of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.Implementing Network Solutions: Installing and configuring network devices between different network segments.Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring network traffic, identifying and resolving issues such as bottlenecks or downtime, and applying patches and updates to ensure the security and stability of the network.Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, coordinating with other IT teams or vendors to implement solutions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation of the network infrastructure, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.PROFILE / SKILLS:Proven experience of at least 5 years of experience in Network Engineering role.University (TEI or AEI) Degree in Computer Science or related field.Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and mentor a technical team.TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:Cisco Advanced Networking, Routing, Switching.Cisco Security, Firewalls, VPN, ISE, IPS-IDS.Cisco Wireless Networks, Access Points, Controllers.Cisco Telephony (CUCM).CORE COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for service management will be considered an advantage.for service management will be considered an advantage.BENEFITS:Attractive remuneration package, according to qualifications.Private medical insurance.Continuous training and development.Career progression opportunities across the FAMAR Group.Dynamic and multinational working environment.
