Job Description

Job DescriptionIdentify potential clients and develop strategies to target them effectivelyGenerate leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Lead and manage sales team, providing guidance, training and support to achieve sales targets. Determine pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback. Identify and address training needs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Job RequirementBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience at least 5 years in sales and project management, preferably in the steel or construction industryGood Written and speaking in English, ability to communication in Chinese is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team members responsible for supporting key accounts, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with key accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience.
