Job DescriptionProvide good quality products and services to customers through communication and make good relationships with customers in areas. Work with other departments (Quality Control, Production Operations, transportation) to ensure every account receives an appropriate level of customer service as well as discuss new ideas and product segmentation plans. Receive orders from customers directly and by phone and then place the order to the sales office. Complete the credit proposal form with relevant documents and recommendations to ensure that debts are monitored and collected following credit terms.
Understand the market trends by collecting all market information and suggestions to improve sales. Working with the sales showroom to ensure understanding of the same direction. Other duties as assigned. Job RequirementMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area. In-depth knowledge and experience of customer relationship managementAbility to think creatively and innovatively.
