Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: On behalf of our client, fast growing financial company, specializing in Forex industry, looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Affiliate manager, based in Limassol.   RESPONSIBILITIES: ·        Recruit new Affiliates (for new and existing markets) ·        Develop and maintain existing relations with Affiliates ·        Being responsible for negotiation with new affiliates and closing agreements ·        Being responsible for managing and analyzing affiliates on a daily basis for better affiliate optimization ·        Stay up-to-date with financial market events, news and developments ·        Continuous business development and market research.

 ·        Brainstorm, suggest and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI ·        Provide solutions and assistance to partners and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues  REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS:  ·        At least 2 years of proven experience from the online trading industry.  ·        Knowledge of the global affiliate marketing industry.  ·        Strong people skills ·        Strong written & verbal communication skills.  ·        PR skills ·        Strong analytical and numerical skills ·        Strong Microsoft office knowledge ·        Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation ·        An understanding of Affiliate Commission Schemes ·        Independent ·        Self-motivated ·        Creative and Enthusiastic ·        Hard-working and dedicated.    WHAT WE OFFER:
