Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled  IT - Technical Analyst II to join our clientContract Period: 6 months with potential to extension or convertPay Rate: Starting from $34 per hourLocation:  Toronto, ONLocation Type:  100% onsiteBusiness Hours: Monday to Friday – Core business hours ,7:30am-6:00pm (the candidate needs to be available to work within these hours, on rotational shifts)Job Responsibilities: The primary accountability of this position is to provide first-level technical supportProvide onsite support to employees and contractors for technical issues, applications and software as well as provided devices and hardwareEnsure a high level of service delivery in accordance with Framework and policiesEducate end users on hardware, software and access request processesPerform controlled and timely resolution of incidents while prioritizing and monitoring client satisfactionAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs on various types of laptops and desktopsIdentify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedbackIdentify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impacting issues/outages Experience & Qualification Requirements: 2-4  Years of Relevant ExperienceTechnical support background, banking or financial institution is preferredStrong computing and navigational skillsExceptional customer service skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft 0365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)Experience with Windows 11, MAC, hardware repairExperience with ticketing systems is an assetCompTIA A+ certificationExperience within Office for Mobile, BYOD****ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS*******We use AI technology as part of our application review process to assist with screening and assessment.
