This person will collaborate with IT, business and audit teams to make controls and processes effective.On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:Health Insurance/HMOEnjoy unlimited MadMax CoffeeDiverse learning & growth opportunitiesAccessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)Above standard leavesThe main responsibilities of a IT GOVERNANCE & RISK COMPLIANCE include:Support IT General Controls and all IT Compliance related activities to ensure they are well established, documented, and followedAssist in documenting and reporting control deficiencies upon discussion with owners and auditorsSupport detailed testing of controls to ensure proper audit procedures are applied and related controls are operating to mitigate risksCollaborate with IT control owners to ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and periodical controls and compliance.Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, IT Applications, business, Internal/External Audit to ensure IT SOX and compliance requirements are being met.To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:2-5 years’ experience in governance, risk and complianceExperience in audit, compliance, or securityKnowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOXExcellent communicatorThe following skills and experience are plus.SAP system experienceGRC (e.g. ServiceNow) tools knowledgeWorking knowledge of SOC2, NIST and ISOIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:IT Risk and Compliance PolicyGRC Tools
