IT Application Admin Specialist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Setup of system parameters for various banking systems based on guidance provided by system implementer or Application services team Installation for in house developed SW. Modify system settings and configuration as necessarySetup new products as pre approved BRD from business lines and also the approved CRs on UATs and production environments.Provide end user support in their requests / inquiries as second line through service desk team. Support FT team in their requests / inquiries.On-call duty and interventions outside regular work hoursParticipate in new banking projects and work hand in hand with application vendors on systems parameterization till the handover to the bank IT team.Minimum Experience:2+ years in the same field Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering, Information Systems or a related fieldJob specific Skills:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a wide variety of people.Excellent listening skillsStrong analytical skills.Experience using MS Excel and other report generation tools is desired Ability to quickly respond to business team required changes on banking systems (feasibility and/ or workarounds)
