Job Description
The IT Asset Officer is responsible in helping the next level management gain a deeper insight into managing IT spending, budgets, vendor management, asset management. This position requires the ability to build relationships and foster a culture of data-driven decision making, while managing the day-to-day operations with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.ResponsibilitiesAsset ManagementCreates strategies and implement processes to oversee the IT assets from procurement to deploymentMaintains accurate asset inventoryProvides support to end-to-end vendor accreditation process, produce management reports on a regular basis, and maintain the software inventoryActs as a conduit between internal and external support partiesEnsures that all software contracts and their respective supporting documents (physical and softcopy), are recorded and indexed as per the approved process and proactively monitors and controls the status of all software contractsOther TasksDevelops and automation manual tasks by using company allowed tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, DataVersePerforms other functions as may be assigned by the supervising head from time to time related to the abovementioned functionsQualificationsMust be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Systems, Business Administration or other related coursesAt least 3 years of related experience in Asset InventoryMust have knowledge and skills in basic Programming Must have knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)Must have the ability to plan or prioritize activities, assigned work properly, and set work standardsMust have excellent collaboration skillsMust be detail-orientedExcellent oral and written English communication skillsWork Set-up: Hybrid
