Responsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to internal users (Onsite and WFH employees).Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.Assist in managing and maintaining company network equipment. FortiGate and Cisco Switches.Creating user credentials for new hires.Maintaining and managing the CCTV and Biometrics.Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.Ensures that there is available backup for network and servers.Learn and contribute to the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, with a specific focus on inventory management.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations and accurate inventory records.Maintain accurate records of IT support activities, and solutionsAssist in maintaining accurate data for the IT equipment inventory.Tasks assigned by the IT department head.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field, with a specific interest in inventory management.Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, IPSec, SSL, VLAN, Active Directory, and File Server.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Working Conditions:Work onsite in OrtigasFlexible with shifting scheduleAbout The CompanyOutsource Accelerator is the trusted source for independent information, advisory and expert implementation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
