For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Budget and Portfolio Analyst.Responsibilities:Monitor and manage fixed, variable, and operational costs across IT projects to ensure budget alignmentCollaborate with project managers and area leads to maintain accurate forecastsExecute financial operations such as cross-charges and accruals, and support period-end financial reviewsEnsure timely submission of timesheets and expense reports by all team membersCreate, approve, and close Statements of Work, and track funding statusManage Purchase Orders including approvals, invoice tracking, and goods receipt confirmationsPerform accruals for missing invoices to maintain accurate financial reportingPrepare financial summaries for senior leadership, highlighting opportunities for cost optimizationMaintain and update process documentation, support onboarding, and propose improvements to financial workflowsRequirements:University degree in Finance or AccountingExperience in financial management, budgeting, and reportingMinimum 5 years of professional experience in accountingStrong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing financial dataProficiency in financial tools such as SAP, Nicus, Ariba, and ServiceNowProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookGood command of English (minimum B2 level)What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageRemote work modelWork in an international environmentFast recruitment processHays Poland sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry kept by Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under the number 361.
