Your significant experience in front-end delivery for insurance companies and e-commerce platforms allows you to play a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing customer journeys across sales, operations, and claims.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & RegulationMarket research & study the latest technology and business trends in insurance spaceAwareness and understanding of the various regulatory requirements of insurance and MAS guidelinesProcess & TransformationWork closely with Business SMEs to understand and capture Business requirement and identify the scope for digital transformationInfluencing operating model by leveraging group’s innovative and cutting-edge digital toolsContinuous improvement of internal processes baselining group KPIsTechnology & DeliveryWork on release planning to prioritise the features to meet the quarterly and yearly targetsTake personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conductCollaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve riskMaximize the business value of the products and be accountable for successful delivery.Responsible for tracking benefits realization and adoption on an ongoing basisCreating and maintaining a prioritized Product BacklogClearly communicating priorities, sprint goals and acceptance criteria to the agile teamWork on user story conception to facilitate clear communication of requirements to the agile team by communicating priorities, sprint goals and acceptance criteria to the agile teamProvide input during the Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, review, retrospective demos, refinement sessionsInspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject work doneContribute to continuous improvement with business feedback/visionRemain aware of the daily BAU activities to maintain a grasp on business/process evolutionWork with the production support team on incidents when and where requiredSupporting the PM’s by working on UAT plans, including supporting the business in helping to define UAT test cases.Participate in defect triage and prioritization, and addressing any requirements defects, changes or questions that come out of QA testingQualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer or equivalent required5 years of Insurance industry work experience in projects/programs with significant change impact and multiple dependencies within and across organizational boundaries. Experience with E-commerce platforms is a definite plusProven track record in delivering projects successfully from inception to delivery through Agile methodology as a Product Owner with Good planning and forward-thinking skillsKnowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completionStrong stakeholder management ability in handling wide-ranging requests from senior stakeholdersCapable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines as well as high attention to detail while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of a project/engagementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and documentation skills are essentialFamiliarity with project management tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceAny AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantageOpen to occasional global travel as required
