IT Business Analyst (AS400 / LifeAsia)

🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyse Life Insurance business rules and processes.Translate business needs into clear Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.Work across the full SDLC, from requirement gathering to implementation.Handle and coordinate application-related tasks (front-end, integration, or core system).Perform product setup and configuration in L400/LifeAsia.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.Troubleshoot issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Use SQL (DML commands) for data checks, analysis, and validation.🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst using AS400/LifeAsiaStrong analytical mindset, good time management, and high attention to detail.Hands-on experience with AS400 / LifeAsia, insurance applications, and SDLC processes.Proficient in SQL.
